1. Information we collect

We collect personal information you voluntarily submit through forms on this site, typically: name, phone number, email address, locality and budget preferences, and your enquiry message. We also receive automatic information such as the page you submitted from and your device/browser metadata via standard server access logs.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry within 4 working hours;
  • To suggest projects matching your stated preferences;
  • To communicate via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Call, only on the channels for which you granted consent;
  • To improve our advisory process based on aggregate, non-identifying enquiry patterns.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate, non-identifying traffic patterns (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) so we can improve the site. Google may set cookies and process this data on our behalf; IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use this data to identify you individually. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

4. What we do NOT do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
  • We do not load advertising pixels or marketing retargeting trackers on this site.
  • We do not place advertising cookies.

5. DPDP Act 2023 compliance

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email our Data Protection Officer at contact.amrove@gmail.com.

6. Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Closed-deal client records are retained for the duration of any statutory or contractual requirement.

7. Security

Lead data is transmitted over TLS, stored on infrastructure we directly operate (Oracle Cloud), and access is restricted to the founder and any expressly authorised associate.
