About this service

  • How long does the process take?

    Discovery to booking is typically 3-6 weeks. Registration to possession depends on the project, under-construction units can be 18-36 months.

  • Do I pay anything to you?

    No. The developer pays our referral fee as part of their sales budget. You pay the same price (often less, after negotiation) as walking in alone.

  • Can I cancel after booking?

    Yes. Booking is refundable up to the Sale Agreement stage, per RERA. We'll explain the per-developer cancellation policy in writing before you pay.

  • Do you only work with the six anchor developers?

    No, those are our primary partnerships, but we can advise on any RERA-registered Bangalore project, and we will tell you when we have a conflict of interest.

  • What if I don't like any project you show me?

    We restart the shortlist. No pressure, no quotas.
